D.C.'s Wale put a couple of sick verses onto the instrumental for Lil' Wayne's "Mr Carter". It's pretty hard top Weezy's emphysemic rhymes, (Emphysemic in a good way; not like an old lady carting around an air-tank.) but I think Wale puts his own unique spin on the track. See for your own self.
